Golden Thread allows returns on all U.S. orders (excluding final sale items-- i.e. personalized/custom pieces, as all are made to order). Please ensure initials, names and numbers are correct when placing order. Golden Thread will not be held responsible for misspelling, orders incorrectly typed or orders not properly completed. A full refund will be honored within 30 days of the order delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging, without wear or damage, along with the original packing slip. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and usually take 3-5 business days to show.
What is Redo?
When you opt-in for Redo at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for an exchange or store credit for FREE.
If you decide not to buy Redo or if you prefer a full refund, you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
