THE MONOGRAM ON MY ORDER IS INCORRECT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please ensure initials, names and numbers were written properly on your order. (Allison Marie Smith = First Initial: A, Middle Initial: M, Last Initial: S. Monogram will be written as aSm). Golden Thread is not responsible for misspelling, orders incorrectly typed or orders not properly completed. If it was entered correctly, that's our bad! DO YOU DO REPAIRS?
Yes we do, however, only for our Fine Line. Our 14K solid gold guarantee is that they should not break, so we will take care of any damages. In regards to our Fashion Line, the natural process of oxidation is inevitable, especially if jewelry has been exposed to liquids, lotions or sprays. We will replace a piece from the Fashion Line if a chain breaks or a piece turns within 30 days after the order date.
